The drive towards northwest to Darchen, also known as the Base Camp of Mt. Kailash, and 30 mins. drive up towards northwest takes to Yama Dwar, in Tibetan- Tarboche. This is the Gateway to the Mt. Kailash and the trek starts from here. With 2-days night halts at Dira Phuk and Zuthul Phuk, on the third, there will be a pick up from the ending point at the base, followed by a return drive to Saga via the same route to Kerung and Kathmandu.
