Langtang Trek 10N 11D Itinerary is easy for some who can walk over 5 hours a day easily but may find from moderate to hard for a non-athletic body. The trip kicks off with around 8 hours drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche (2030m). The trail from Dhunche takes us through the green forests, towns and settlements, with few days’ night-halts en route. The trail takes us initially to Thulo Syabru (2210m), then to Rimche (2399m) and Ghoda Tabela (3030m) before reaching all the way up to Kyangjin Gompa at 3830m, alongside the Langtang Khola (river). A further short 2 hrs. trek from Kyangjin Gompa will take us to the Kyangjin Ri at 4773m, a vantage point for a breathtaking vista of Langtang Lirung and other snowy mountains like Langtang Ri, Ganjala peak, etc. Another 4-5 hours of ascending walk towards northeast will take us to Tserko Ri at 4985m. Yet another vantage point of the region offering a charismatic view of the nature of the Langtang Region. However, the later part (trek to Tserko Ri) will require another additional day to reach and get back from Tserko Ri (9-10 hrs. return trip) from Kyangjin and must be arranged during the time of itinerary planning. We return via same route but layovers will be at different locations. After arriving at Thulo Syabru, we will track to Syabru Besi from where we will be picked up by our vehicle for a return to Kathmandu. This concludes our trek. Now, let’s check the itinerary in details.
